Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing Every Klandestin order is handled with precision. Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2 to 4 business days. If you place your order over the weekend (Friday–Sunday), please allow a few extra days for processing before your order ships out.

Estimated Shipping Times To bring our vision to life and manage inventory efficiently, our pieces are stored across multiple global warehouses. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • United States, Europe, & Australia: 7–15+ business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20+ business days

Note: If your order contains multiple pieces, they may be shipped from different locations based on availability. In this case, your items will arrive in distinct packages within a few days of one another.

Order Changes & Cancellations Due to our quick turnaround times, address changes and cancellations are highly restricted.

  • We cannot guarantee any amendments once an order is placed.

  • If your order has already been processed or dispatched, changes are impossible. At that stage, you will need to contact the shipping courier directly to attempt any rerouting.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

  • If your order fails to deliver or is delivered to the wrong address because incorrect information was provided, Klandestin is not liable for a refund or a free reshipment.

  • If your parcel is returned to the sender due to an invalid address or a failure to claim the package, you will be responsible for covering the additional shipping costs to have it sent back out to you.

Tracking & Support Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link to follow its progress. If you have any questions regarding your delivery or if your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, please reach out to us directly through our Contact Us page.
