At Klandestin, every piece is crafted to be more than clothing—it’s part of a limited vision. Because of the exclusive nature of our releases and the care we put into creating each garment, all sales are final.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and details carefully before completing your purchase.

Return & Exchange Eligibility We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer's remorse. Once an order is successfully placed and dispatched, it cannot be returned.

Damages and Manufacturer Errors We stand by the quality of our work. If the error is ours—meaning you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item—we will absolutely make it right.

• You must report the issue to us within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its pristine, original packaging.

• If your claim is approved, we will cover the replacement and any associated shipping costs.

Order Adjustments & Cancellations

• Orders may be modified or canceled only before they are dispatched.

• Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations and changes are no longer possible.

Missing Orders Please keep an eye on your tracking link once your order ships. Your package may still be en route, but if your tracking shows no progress for 10+ business days, please reach out to us for immediate assistance.
